At +7 refine, ignores an additional 5% of players' defense. At +9 refine, physical damage to players +15%. At +10 refine, when Provoke succeeds on a target, Pierce damage +20% for 10 seconds. When using Pierce, grants a chance to inflict Stun and Blind. Pierce damage and the chance to inflict Stun/Blind increase based on Spear Mastery level.
