Description

Restrains the target for 10 sec, preventing movement. The caster is also immobilized. While restraining, increases FLEE by 50. The effect is canceled if either character uses Fly Wing, Butterfly Wing, or Teleport, becomes incapacitated, is affected by knockback, the distance between them increases, or the caster enters Hiding. Does not apply to boss monsters.
