Description
Shield-exclusive skill. When used, reduces Ranged Physical Damage Taken by a significant amount. Movement speed and ASPD are reduced while active, but the ASPD penalty decreases by skill level. Using the skill again cancels the effect. The effect also ends if the shield is unequipped.
