Consumes 1 Cobweb. Fires a Cobweb to bind the target. Up to 2 webs can be active at the same time. Lasts for 8 sec. Monsters bound by Cobweb have their FLEE Rate reduced by half. If a bound target is hit by a Fire-Property attack, it takes double damage and is released from the Cobweb. Has no effect on Boss monsters.
