Description
Allows the creation of Maces by consuming 1 Hammer (Steel, Golden, or Oridecon Hammer). Required materials and an Anvil must be in the caster’s inventory. The success rate increases with skill level. Success rate is further increased based on the caster’s DEX and LUK.
