Speaking with the Afflicted Residents reveals they all ate at the same restaurant. Lennox suspects the food ingredients may be the cause and asks you to gather samples. Defeat Hydra and Megalodon at East Cave Mao, collect 2 Tentacle and 2 Stinky Scale, then deliver them to Lennox.
